always, you are incredible!! Thank you so much for caring for
your customers as you do and offering incredible services like
the $65 offer to clean up and update our systems. Anyone can
see that this is not a money maker! It is the customer that
will come out way ahead.
Since becoming a customer (you personally worked with us for
several hours one night), we have been so happy! I'm pleased
to report that we still run "live time" anti-virus
and have recommended to all family and friends that they do
the same.
It is good to know that you are there for us. When things slowed
down the other night and we could not log on at all, I called.
You answered immediately and explained the problem. I was patient
and could connect later that night. It is WONDERFUL to get someone
right away anytime we need to call and to be able get the proper
help or reply. Customers never get a busy signal nor are they
put on hold for unacceptable wait times. The "biggies"
like AOL, MSN, etc will never even come close to your superb
customer service. That is one of the reasons we will be with
AZNetGate probably forever. As far as we are concerned, price
isn't everything, customer service is. You certainly have that
corner of the market!

I
switched to the AZNETGATE DSL service yesterday with much trepidation.
Although I was not pleased with some things about my DSL service
from a competitor of yours and even though yours was a little
cheaper, the old DSL service nevertheless still worked. The
old addage "The devil you know may be better than the devil
you don't" was in play.
To
my amazement after entering the IP, DSN and other numbers and
it worked immediately! I figured it would be a frustrating two
hours of trying to find some obscure problem, but it was working
within one minute-- and what a difference in speed. There was
a significant and noticeable difference in response times. When
I first got DSL my goal was to have a response time greater
than a 56k dial-up modem and performance more consistently reliable
than a cable modem. Switching to AZNETGATE DSL from a competitor's
DSL gave me almost as significant an improvement in response
time as did my initial improvement from the 56k modem to the
competitor's DSL.
Another
thing, the use of my own URL for eMail purposes was flawless
as well.
I
appreciate your hands-on involvement as an owner of the company
and the care you provided to ensure that things were handled
properly.

signing up a little over a year ago, I have found your staff
